Homeowners' Association Dues Assessment

A $240 annual assessment is due from each homeowner by January 31.

A $50 Late Fee will be assessed on all current and previous year payments made after January 31.

Online payments have an added $7.40 PayPal transaction fee charged by PayPal. After January 31, a $50 late fee is added and the PayPal transaction fee is adjusted accordingly to $8.94. If you would like to pay previous years dues online please contact us to find out your total amount due.

What does our dues pay for?

The annual assessment pays for the upkeep of the lawn around the gate line, the "meadows" grassy area in the middle of the subdivision, the outer perimeter gate, the call box telephone service, electricity, liability insurance, taxes, professional fees, community events, postage, flyers, and other costs associated with maintaining the Homeowners' Association.
