Q.  Who do I contact with complaints or suggestions?

A.  Contact us on this website describing your issue or suggestion. Keep in mind that the HOA members are a board of VOLUNTEERS! While we extend every effort possible to handle issues that come about, we can not manage every aspect of the neighborhood at all times.  If you have a complaint or suggestion, consider lending yourself to assist with the issue or suggestion as much as possible.    

Q.  Must I have a fence?

A.  You are required to have a fence erected around your property upon occupying your new home. The fence should be wood. Any variations must be approved by the HOA Architectural Control board.  To review this rule in the covenants, and all other rules, click here.

Q. Are basketball goals allowed on my  property?

A.  No.

Q.  May I have pets on my property?

A.  Absolutely! However they may not roam freely through the neighborhood. any outdoor pets must be restricted to your property and must be on a leash when outside your property. Please clean up behind your pet.

Q.  May I or my guests park on the street?

A.  Overnight parking is limited to driveways only.
